Muay Thai is a combat sport originating from Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. Classes will consist of pads, technique work, light technical sparring, bag and pad drills and usually finished off with some body conditioning and abdominal exercises.

Suspension training using your own body weight. Classes are available for this great work out which is usually a 1-1 personal training session. We also have RIP trainers, Gladiator Walls, Kettle Bells and GUN-eX which will all aid to give you that perfect work-out.
